Naadveda
Learn to hold a room in silence.
Become a Certified Sound Explorer, Level 1. A live two-day training in the method behind India's first blood-tested sound healing study.
Simple things, done right.

The honest part
Most people who want to do this work never start.
You have felt what sound does. You have thought about offering it to other people. Then you stop, because you do not yet trust yourself to hold the room. That hesitation is not a lack of talent. It is a lack of method.
Most certifications online do not fix it. They sell a mood. There is no protocol, no measurement, nothing you could repeat next Tuesday and expect the same result. You finish with a certificate and the same private doubt you started with.
What is missing is plain. A sequence you can follow. A reason it works that you can explain to a sceptical person. Enough practice that your hands stop shaking when the room goes quiet.
The evidence
We took the protocol to a laboratory.
Naadveda ran a study on the bell protocol and measured it in blood, not in feedback forms. These are the results.

About the founder

Manan Sharma
Founder and Research Scientist, Naadveda
Manan Sharma has been practising sound healing since 1999. At that time almost nobody in India was doing this work, and nobody was teaching it. There was no syllabus to follow, no certification to earn, and no one to learn from. He built the method from the ground up, tested it on real people, and refined it over years before it was fit to teach.
He began training and coaching eighteen years ago. Since then he has taught natives of more than fifty countries, working across languages, cultures and levels of experience. More than five thousand students have come through his programmes worldwide, from foundational courses for complete beginners to advanced training for working practitioners.
That length of experience shows in how the training is structured. Everything taught is documented, sequenced and repeatable. Nothing is improvised in the room. The protocol you learn is the one he designed and then took to a laboratory to measure, so what you are taught can be explained to a sceptical person and defended.
Most sound healing trainers working in India today have been trained or coached, directly or indirectly, through his programmes.
Alongside the training, he makes the instruments. Every Naadveda instrument is handcrafted in India, and he has personally quality-checked more than 2.5 million of them, one at a time. The bell you train with comes from the same bench.
